Abstract
This section showcases my blog post 3 which I mentioned in my course reflection essay. It is a post about writing a letter to someone who might be going through the issue I was writing about, which was childhood cancer. For this blog post I took into consideration the rhetorical situation and tried to compose a letter connecting the author, reader, and issue together. The message I wanted to convey with this letter was to provide words of encouragement to a kid who is facing childhood cancer.
Blog Post 3 Letter
Being told that you have cancer is not an easy statement to hear, but I want to encourage you to not lose hope. This is just one chapter of your life which you will overcome with the help of your friends, family, and most importantly your strong will. You will surely one day walk out of that hospital and be able to play in any playground you want, go to school, and hangout with your friends. Do not let this illness tell you what to do, rather dream about becoming a astronaut, a doctor, a teacher, a writer, whichever profession excited you the most and always know that you will oneday walk out of that hospital and be that person. I hope you a speedy recovery and know that you are one of the strongest kids I know.
Sincerely,
Hasan Khan
